Over the past 16 years, Syrian musician Omar Souleyman has reportedly released 500 studio and live albums on cassette tape. Every now and then, though, Washington label Sublime Frequencies collate CD compilations of Souleyman’s regional party music known as dabke, and the third of these is coming on June 14th, preceded by a debut UK tour.

The master of micro-tonal keyboard jams that inspired Rainbow Arabia to first create their Middle Eastern disco pop (‘Omar K’ is named after the man), the below dates are pinned around his appearance at the Pavement-curated ATP festival on May 15th.
