To open the tenth Bicycle Film Festival at London’s Barbican Center – an event founded by Brendt Barbur after he was hit by a bus while riding his bike in New York City – Metronomy will play a mixture of hits and new material created especially for the festival to a bespoke projection and light show.

Headed by Joe Mount, the London four-piece will pick up where mysterious techno producer and remixer du jour Sbtrkt leaves off, having sound-tracked a host of short films that will make up the first half of the evening.

The show kicks off the four-day festival on October 14th at 7.30pm.

Tickets are available from www.barbican.org.uk.
