Promoting shows in London is not for the faint hearted. Most give up after a year or two (we pretty much did), but the folks behind Dirty Bingo seem to be either too dedicated or stupid to throw in the towel. This weekend [March 5th 2011] the night celebrates its seventh birthday at The Victoria, Dalston, with Rory Brattwell‘s latest project Warm Brains, The History of Apple Pie and The First Loves.

And it’ll be a double celebration, of sorts, with the club founders having recently forged Dirty Bingo Records, which will officially launch in April when they’ll release the debut EP of Southend five-piece CLOUT!.

In the meantime, celebrate Dirty Bingo turning seven on March 5th, from 8pm at The Victoria, Queensbridge Rd, London, E8 3AS.
