Since Leslie Feist released breakthrough album ‘The Reminder’ in 2007, Jay-Z has mentioned he’d like to work with her, ‘1234’ has been an advertiser’s dream sound-bed and James Blake has made one of her tracks his own. But other than that, we’ve been left wondering what the hell has happened to the Canadian singer.

The answer, it seems, is she has been writing a new album, and her webside, www.listentofeist.com, has today [July 21 2011] hinted that some new material might even be coming as soon as four days time.

The mysterious video below is all that’s on the site at the moment, along with a strip of icon, one of which reads “7/25/11”.

On her Twitter feed, Feist simply said “more soon”.
