Bat For Lashes talks exclusively about third album ‘The Haunted Man’ in this month’s issue of Loud And Quiet, out August 25th.

This month Bat For Lashes becomes the first ever person to appear on the cover of Loud And Quiet more than once. Her third album, ‘The Haunted Man’, sees Natasha Khan do away with the glitter and cosmic imagery as she delivers her most direct album yet. In our exclusive interview she talks about hanging with Beck, sacking off the magic, moving to London, pottery, gardening, Mercury disappointment, being naked, fighting her label and what might even be her last record.

She’s joined by Flying Lotus, Dinosaur Jr., Sauna Youth, How To Dress Well, Blacklisters and Ty Segall, plus our guide to The1234Shoreditch.

Of course it features this month’s key releases reviewed, too, plus what we made of Flow Festival and the very first Beacon.
