London based progressive punks to launch ‘Dreamlands’ with DIY show in an art gallery.

Needless to say, Sauna Youth are staying true to their DIY ideals where the launch of their debut album is concerned.

Released via Gringo/Faux Discx – the two labels that teamed up last year to bring up Hookworms’ debut release – ‘Dreamlands’ hits a record store near you September 3rd. Two days before, on September 1st, the band will celebrate with a party at the Protein Gallery, 18 Hewitt Street, Shoreditch, London. It’s free, for all ages and you can bring your own booze.

Copies of ‘Dreamlands’ will be available for £10, and the gallery will be exhibiting work from R.M. Phoenix, Oliver Fisher, Loud And Quiet’s much loved Owen Richards and the band’s own Huxley Boon. Sauna Youth will also play a a one-off performance of album opener ‘Town Called Distraction’ devised just for the space.

Support comes for Cold Pumas who are worth the trip to east London alone, and full info is on this facebook page.
