We interviewed and photographed David Lynch for our July issue, out Saturday.

The July 2013 edition of Loud And Quiet will be in stores and online from Saturday (July 13th), and sees us hit the big 5 0.

Loud And Quiet 50 features an exclusive interview and photo shoot with David Lynch, conducted in his Los Angeles home, where the auteur discussed creative freedom, music and daydreaming ahead of new album ‘The Big Dream’.

Lynch is in fine company too. We also stopped by Richard Hell‘s apartment in New York, to discuss his autobiography, I Dreamt I Was A Clean Tramp.

Another NYC based artist in this month’s issue is San Fermin, aka Yale graduate and Nico Muhly assistant Ellis Ludwig-Leone. And closer to home we met up with Fuck Buttons, Scout Niblett, Melt Yourself Down, No Age, Fair Ohs and Manchester band MONEY.

Plus the month’s key releases and shows reviewed, and 9 artists share their favourite movies of all time.
