The Sept 2013 edition of Loud And Quiet is out Saturday, feat. Poliça, Jessy Lanza & more.

The September 2013 edition of Loud And Quiet is out this weekend (14 Sept) and available for free at all of our stockists.

You’ll also be able to read it in full here on our Loud And Quiet Digital platform, and here’s why you should bother…

For this month’s paper we interviewed Poliça, a band that we’ve wanted to feature on our front cover since they released debut future RnB album ‘Give You The Ghost’ last April. Their follow up, ‘Shulamith’ is out next month via Memphis Industries.

We’ve also met with, spoken to and photographed new cinematic duo Society, Richard H. Kirk for a look back at the revolutionary career of his band, Cabaret Voltaire, garage punk Mikal Cronin, Canadian RnB singer Jessy Lanza, John Wizards from South Africa and the ever-reclusive Bill Callahan.

Plus Beacons Festival, our top 10 outdated raps and 8 artists tell us who the most famous person they’ve met is, and what they were like.
