New experimental project Big Noble announce their arrival with ‘PEG’. Debut album to follow in February 2015

Interpol guitarist Daniel Kessler and sound designer Joseph Fraioli have today announced a collaborative project under the name Big Noble.

The two musicians first met in 1999, when Kessler was the label manager of experimental electronic label Caipirinha, and Fraioli was on the company’s roster at under the alias Datach’i.

Together they’ve formed Big Noble and recorded debut album ‘First Light’ – a record of improvisationed guitar, field recordings and manipulations using modular synthesizers and boutique effects units. It’ll be out 2 February 2015 via the projects own Affiliates Sound, with the help of Kobalt, and here’s the group’s very first track, ‘PEG’.
