Listen to a new track from Canada’s Viet Cong, ahead of their self titled debut album this month

Canadian band Viet Cong – who formed out of the impressive implosion of art rock band Women – feature in this month’s edition of Loud And Quiet, not on the strength of their melodramatic back story but rather their eponymous debut album, released this month, on January 19th, via Jagjaguwar.

It provides alt. guitar music with an extremely exciting start to the new year, and, following the band’s sharing of ‘Continental Shelf’, here’s new track ‘Silhouettes’ – arguably the record’s most ‘pop’ moment.
