In the three years since we last met Channy Leaneagh for a Poliça cover story a lot of bad things have happened in the States – the police targeting young black men, an increase in mass shootings, Donald Trump, Kanye West.

It’s led to Poliça’s most political album yet – ‘United Crushers’ is released March 4th via Memphis Industries – and such topics are the bedrock of conversation in the second episode of Midnight Chats, our new podcast interview series.
