Watch the latest, entrancing visual created by band members James and Justin Lockey.

If this quote doesn’t make you want to watch this new music video, we’re not sure what will…

“We’re now living in a society where it feels acceptable to be able to target the weak and more vulnerable, with a sense of our collective social consciousness being eroded, the media overlords giving the thumbs up to fuck us all over hand in hand with current governments, there will be a turning point, there will be light and the cloaked figures that keep us looking over our shoulders will take aim and miss.”

That’s Minor Victories’ James Lockey talking about the visual he’s made with his brother James for the band’s latest single ‘Cogs’. In case you’re unaware, Minor Victories is the collaborative project from the Lockey brothers, along with Mogwai’s Stuart Braithwaite and Slowdive’s Rachel Goswell.

They released their self-titled debut album earlier this year.

The video for ‘Cogs’, shot in slow motion black and white, sees a man desperately running through a woodland, pursued by a hooded gunman. You can watch it below.
