Green Man ask you to open this year's festival
August festival announce competition for new bands to win opening slot at this year’s event.
Headlining Green Man Festival on August 15th, 16th and 17th this year are Spiritualized, Super Furry Animals and Pentangle, and if you’re in a band you can be on the bill too.
The jist is this: First you register at HERE. Then you upload a Youtube or Myspace clip of yourself and wait for the voting public to slap you on the opening spot of the festival. The most votes obviously wins and the winning band will also get 6 extra tickets to Green Man.
And if you’re the voting type, you’ll be entered into a draw to win a pair of tickets also.
