It was the best of times
Almost two years since it was first announced, the inaugural edition of London’s Wide Awake festival took place at the beginning of September. You can read our review of the action that happened front of stage; meanwhile, photographer Ashley Bourne was backstage capturing a few fleeting moments with some of the artists – including IDLES, Black Midi (above), Goat Girl, Squid and others.
